Proposals for this project should be submitted via email to lakesinfo@csrsinc.com no later than 4:00 p.m. Central Time on January 31, 2022.
The attention of proposers is called particularly to 24 CFR, Part 570, regulations governing Community Development Block Grants (CDBG). Applicable requirements include, but are not limited to, compliance with Davis-Bacon and Related Acts, Fair labor Standards, Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action, Section 3 of HUD Act of 1968, Segregated Facilities, Section 109, Executive Order 11246, Section 503/504 for the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and all applicable laws and regulations of the Federal government and State of Louisiana and bonding and insurance requirements.
University Lakes LLC is a special purpose entity created by the LSU Real Estate and Facilities Foundation for the implementation of the University Lakes Project.
