Project Team

University Lakes LLC was established by the LSU Real Estate and Facilities Foundation to manage the design and implementation and to establish a long-term management structure to maintain the reimagined lake system. To assist in the design process, University Lakes LLC organized a team of local and national consultants including the Project Advisor, a Brailsford & Dunlavey/CSRS joint venture, the Master Designer, Sasaki, and the Flood Risk Reduction Designer, Stantec. These groups were selected through a competitive process based on three RFPs and one RFQ. As of Spring 2022, the team has also selected the Phase 1 Construction Manager at Risk, Sevenson Environmental, through a competitive RFP process.
